Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website royalthaident.org and its related online services ("the Services") provided by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Thailand ("the College", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. The Services
The Services include information about the College, news and announcements, the directory of dental specialists, training programmes and examinations, and online systems for membership registration, training and examination applications, certification applications, the resident system, conference registration and payment.
2. Accounts and access
- You must provide information that is accurate, complete and up to date, and update it when it changes.
- You are responsible for keeping your username, password and any access links confidential, and for all activity under your account.
- Notify the College immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- The College may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.
3. Applications, documents and payments
- You certify that all information and documents you submit are true and belong to you. Submitting false or forged information may result in rejection of the application, revocation of any approval or certification, and legal action.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Approval is subject to the College's regulations, announcements and the decision of the relevant committees.
- Fees must be paid by the stated method and within the stated period. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the relevant announcement.
- Deadlines, qualifications and fees are as specified in the College's announcements for each round, which prevail over these terms in case of conflict.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access accounts, data or systems that you are not authorised to use.
- Upload files containing malware or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.
- Use automated tools to collect data from the Services, or take actions that place an unreasonable load on or interfere with the Services.
- Use personal data of others obtained from the Services, including the specialist directory, for marketing or any purpose unrelated to its intended use.
5. Intellectual property
Content on the Services, including text, images, logos, the College emblem, documents and software, belongs to the College or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial use and for applications with the College. Use of the College's name and emblem must follow the brand graphic guidelines and requires permission from the College.
6. Accuracy of information
The College endeavours to keep information on the Services accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Official announcements, regulations and documents of the College prevail. Information on the Services is not medical advice.
7. Availability and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is". The College may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, including for maintenance, without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, the College is not liable for any damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, including delays or failures in submitting applications caused by network or device problems. Please submit applications and payments well before the deadline.
8. External links
The Services may contain links to external websites. The College is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
9. Personal data
The collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
The College may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
