| คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร | 1.Graduated from an accredited dental institution receiving a DDS or equivalent degree 1.1 For Thai applicant, cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 from scale of 4 1.2 For foreign applicants, Class Rank is required from their own institute. BDS degree is eligible to apply. 2. Have at least one year working experience in dental practice before application deadline. 3. English examination (Validity of two years) 3.1 TOEFL score of at least 500 (paper-based), 173 (computer-based), 61 (internet-based) or 3.2 IELTS score of at least 5.5 or 3.3 MU Grad Test arranged by the Faculty of Graduate Studies at least 60 http://www.grad.mahidol.ac.th/grad/mutest/index.php?module=Schedule.php Please be assured that English scores must be submitted prior to the date of examination (Last date for score submitted is Tuesday 6th March 2018) 4. Have dental practice license from the Thai Dental Council or applicants’ country or any other dental practice license that the Program committee considers equivalent. 5. No history of delinquency, mal-practice, psychology or systemic health problems. |
